Questions about your stay

When do I pay?

When you book, you pay the price of your room, including the taxes that are paid in advance.

Can I cancel for free?

That depends on the room. Each room shows if and until when you can cancel for free, in the hotel's local time. You cancel on your booking page, through the link in your confirmation email.

What do I still pay at the hotel?

Some cities charge a tourist tax that you pay at the hotel. We show it separately when the hotel shares it.

Can I book a hotel and a car together?

You book them separately, each with its own payment and terms. That way you can cancel one without the other.

Do I need an account?

No. You can book without an account and get your confirmation by email.

Who do I contact with a question?
